Some tough things to decide

We will condense this post a bit. I have some hard decisions to make soon regarding my current medical condition. I can choose surgery but there is a side effect of a higher miscarriage rate and possible infertility, I can watch and wait but if I progress too far that means harsher treatment choices or I might get better, and getting pregnant which can help the condition and will guarantee us another child but everyone responds differently and if it doesn't work that also means harsher treatment choices after the baby is born. I've talked to, two doctors and there really is no right or wrong choice.
